Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin screw rotary crusher in which blade replacement work can be easily done.
SOLUTION: This twin screw rotary crusher has a pair of rotating shafts 2 arranged parallel to each other inside a crusher casing 1 provided with a feeding hopper in the upper part thereof, and on each of the rotating shafts 2, an annular spacer 4 of prescribed width and a crushing blade 5 are alternately arranged in the axial direction. In this case, a blade fitting base part 3 is integrally provided on one end in the axial direction of the annular spacing 4, and the crushing blade 5 is divided into plural divided pieces continuing in the circumferential direction, and each of the divided piece is fitted to the blade fitting base part 3 by bolts 6.
