Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate a practical use condition to a blade rotating in high speed by rotating integrally the blade mounted at an outer periphery part in accordance with the rotation of a blade supporting disk, spraying air from an air nozzle to the rotating blade and simultaneously adding centrifugal force other than a varying air force to the blade.
SOLUTION: The blade supporting disk 1 is forcedly rotated through a power transfer mechanism, and the air for vibration is supplied from the air nozzle 19 so that the air points to the blade 11 at a point when a rotation of the blade supporting disk 1 is increased to a prescribed rotation number. The vibration force in the direction orthogonally crossing to a shaft line is received by the blades 11,... mounted at the outer periphery of the blade supporting disk 1 by the air for vibration. In order to rotate the blades, the centrifugal force may be added simultaneously to each blade 11, other than the vibration force due to the varying air force by supplying the air for vibration like this. In this way, the simulation under a condition near the practical use condition is executed to the blades rotating in high speed.
