Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the coming-off and the idle running of a magnet, by mounting a back yoke having an idle running preventive mechanism and a coming-off preventive mechanism on the magnet, and then insert-molding the magnet and the back yoke to make a rotary body.
SOLUTION: A secondary rotary body 3 is made by insert-molding a magnet 1 and a back yoke 2 mounted on the magnet 1 with resin 4. Therefore, by forming a cutout in an outer or inner part of the back yoke 2, the back yoke 2 can serve for an idle running preventive means for the magnet 1. And, by making the outer part of the back yoke 2 larger than that of the magnet 1 or making the inner part of the back yoke 2 smaller than that of the magnet 1, the back yoke 2 can also serve for a coming-off preventive means for the magnet 1. In other words, by forming steps in a contact face between the magnet 1 and the back yoke 2, the magnet 1 can be prevented from coming off.
