To provide a rotary body capable of improving durability.
A wheel 14 is rotatably mounted to the bottom surface of a head of an electric vacuum cleaner, and is used while rotating in contact with a floor surface accompanied by moving of the head. The wheel 14 includes: a roll member 17; and a fluff layer 18 provide to cover the outer peripheral surface of the roll member 17. The fluff layer 18 includes cylindrically-woven corduroy.
