The controller of a rotary brush (8) of the floor cleaner (1) includes a lifting device (15) suitable for adding lifting power (15a) that can lift the rotary brush (8) to remove the rotary brush (8) from a surface (7) to be cleaned and an actuator (16) suitable for adding operation power (16a) against the lifting power (15a) according to commands. In addition, the rotary brush (8) and the actuator (16) are connected with each other. The controller also includes several adjusters (24) that are suitable to arbitrarily selecting the operation power (16a) to selectively pushing the rotary brush (8) to the surface (7) to be cleaned and that are suitable to almost constantly maintaining the operation power (16a) at concavoconvex places of the surface (7) to be cleaned.
