Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary brush for wash capable of speedily discharging dirt or the like rubbed from an object to be washed to the outside of a system while having more improved washing efficiency.
SOLUTION: A rotary brush 1 is provided with a hard base 3 attached to a rotary shaft and plural ridge-shaped projections 27 projected on the working plane of the base 3, and the apex part of the ridge-shaped projection 27 is rotated within almost the same plane in contact with a part to be washed. The ridge-shaped projection 27 is formed from a polyvinyl acetal porous elastic body and continuously formed on plural virtual setting lines 31 extended from an inside reference point 31a on the side of a rotation center 35 on the working plane to an outside reference point 31b on the side of an outer edge 17b on the working plane. A length L1 of the ridge-shaped projection 27 in lengthwise direction is set longer than a length D1 of the ridge-shaped projection 27 in breadthwise direction. Therefore, the waste of used washing liquid containing dirt or particles rubbed from the part to be washed is satisfactorily guided to the outside reference point 31b by the ridge-shaped projections 27 and the waste washing liquid is speedily discharged outside the system.
