Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary bushing support device for work for a form rolling device which does not generate bending to a work W having a small diameter.low toughness and can form roll a good product.
SOLUTION: The device is provided with rotary bushings 17A, 17B to rotatably support a work W at its axial center, at least two of rotary bushing support devices 14A, 14B, a support shaft 13 to oscillatably mount the rotary bushing devices 14A, 14B and an oscillation device 21 to oscillate the rotary bushing devices 14A, 14B in advancing a spindle base 2. When the spindle base 2 is advanced, the rotary bushings 17A, 17B are moved at a rate of 1/2 of an advanced quantity of the spindle base 2 and in the same direction.
