To provide a supporting implement for supporting a rotary cam in the inclined state so that a surface to be worked can be worked from above by using a working apparatus the working head of which is not inclined and to provide a rotary cam type press machine using the same.

The supporting implement 2 for the rotary cam is constituted which is equipped with: a first bar-like member 21 which is connected to a slide plate 3 linked with a rotary cam 101; a second bar-like member 22 which is connected to a lower holder 4 for holding the rotary cam 101; and a joint part 23 with which the first bar-like member 21 and the second bar-like member 22 are joined in such a manner that an angle 2 between the first bar-like member 21 and the second bar-like member 22 is adjustable, and the rotary cam type press machine is constituted which is equipped with: the supporting implement 2; a first hole 31 which is made on the slide plate 3 fixed to the rotary cam and into which the first bar-like member 21 is fit; and a second hole 41 which is made on the lower holder 4 for supporting the rotary cam and into which the second bar-like member is fit.
