PURPOSE: To prevent the staining of a rotary chopper mirror and to extend the life of the chopper mirror by providing a filter to cover the vent holes provided through the chopper mirror.

CONSTITUTION: The flow of air as shown in air flow 28 is generated on the surface of a reflecting part 23 when the rotary chopper mirror 21 provided with the vent holes 24 is rotated in the rotating direction by a revolving shaft 26. Since the holes 24 are covered by the filter 25, the air flow 28 flowing on the surface of the reflecting part 23 is dust-free air so that the dust-free air flows always on the surface of the part 23 when the mirror 21 rotates. The staining of the surface of the mirror is thus prevented.
