Title:
COOKED RICE WARMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3144763
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cooked rice from being rotten and taste from being deteriorated by warming it at a fixed temperature or a normal warming temperature after repeating cycle warming at respective warming temperatures of a low temperature, a high temperature, and the normal temperature.
SOLUTION: In this case, the completion time of a fixed-temperature warming in cycle warming is set to 5 hours and the completion time of a high-temperature warming and a normal warming are set to 2 hours so that the time required for the cycle warming is set to 9 hours. After rice is completed to be cooked at t0, the cooked rice is warmed at the fixed temperature 72°C till t1. After the selection switch is pressed on at t1 and the cycle warming is started, the cooked rice is kept warm at the low warming temperature 60°C till t2 and the cooked rice is warmed at the high warming temperature 80° from t2 to t3. The cooked rice is kept warm at the normal warming temperature 72°C from t3 to t4 and completed the first cycle warming and started the second cycle warming at t4. The interval from t4 to t5 is the second cycle warming and after t5, the cooked rice is kept warm at the fixed temperature or the normal warming temperature 72°C. This constitution can prevent putrefying bacteria from proliferating and the eating quality of the cooked rice from being deteriorated.
