Approximately spherical shots are injected to each sliding surface and sealing surface of a rolling piston 6, an upper bearing 8, a lower bearing 9, a blade 10, and a cylinder block 7 constituting the compressing mechanism of the rotary compressor to prepare recesses with a diameter of 0.1-10 μm. Since an oil film is formed by the minute recesses and the recesses are discontinuous, sealing performance and volumetric efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, oil maintainability of the sliding surface of each section and the lubricating ability are enhanced, and the sliding resistance can be reduced.
