Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress the hydrolysis of polyester oil.
CONSTITUTION: 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane as refrigerant and polyolester oil, which is comparative with aforementioned refrigerant, as oil 18 are used. A roller 10 is made of ferrous material. Vanes 12 are made of refrigerant resistance plastic material such as polyetherketone or the like. These materials suppress the generation of the friction heat caused by the sliding of the roller and vanes. Therefore, the corrosion of the roller and vanes due to the hydrolysis of polyolester oil is suppressed preventing the friction between the roller and vanes.
