PURPOSE: To ensure positive and easy supply of lubricating oil to respective slide portions by arranging a fluid diode in a communicating hole for communicating reserved lubricating oil to a closed space and utilizing reciprocating motion of blades for an oiling pump.

CONSTITUTION: When blades 17 start to advance as a roller 17 rotates eccentrically, a closes space 20 is extended to produce negative pressure. Then a fluid diode 23 arranged on an end plate 18 has favorable flow action to produce flow from a fluid conducting path 23b through a cavity chamber 23a to a fluid conducting path 23c. Thus, reserved lubricating oil L flows into the closed space 20. When the blades 17 successively starts to retreat, the closed space 20 is compressed to increase internal pressure. Then the fluid diode 26 has favorable flow and the lubricating oil L in the closed space 20 is sent to a lubricating path 24 or pipe 27 to lubricate securely and readily respective slide portions.
