PURPOSE: To prevent contact of metals between outer peripheral surface of an eccentric pin and a roller inner surface at a position where a load of a rotary compressor increases locally, and to improve lubricating condition around them.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary compressor of a rolling piston type is constituted by providing on a sliding surface of the eccentric pin 11c of the power shaft 11 and a roller 14, an oil pocket 6, which keeps lubricating oil at a position near the maximum eccentricity part of an eccentric pin 11c, and an oil feeding port, which connects an oil suction port 25 at the center of a power shaft 11 to the oil pocket 61. By such constitution, the lubricating oil in the oil pocket 61 can generate a large hydraulic pressure by a slight change in a fine clearance between the roller 14 and the outer peripheral of the eccentric pin 11c, that is, a change in an actual volume of the oil pocket 61. In that case, a large gas pressure applied on the roller 14 from the compressor 19 side can be cancelled by the hydraulic pressure generated in the oil pocket 61 to prevent metal-contact between the roller and the outer peripheral of the eccentric pin 11c, and they are kept lubricated by leaking lubricating oil.
