To provide a rotary connector which reduces influence of the thickness of a conductor on contact force of a rotary member allowing relative rotation of an outside member and an inside member with the conductor.

The outside member 2 and the inside member 4 disposed in the inside of the outside member are provided in the rotary connector. A conductor line 31 extending in the circumferential direction of the outside member is provided in the outside member 2. A conductor line 51 extending in the circumferential direction of the inside member is also provided in the inside member 4. A conductor sphere 6 which is a conductor disposed between the conductor line 31 and the conductor line 51 to electrically connect them, and which allows relative rotation of the outside member 2 and the inside member 4 by rolling between the conductor lines 31, 51 is provided in the rotary connector. An elastic portion 32 formed on the surface with the conductor line 31 is provided on the inner peripheral surface 21 of the outside member 2, and the elastic portion 32 energizes the conductor line 31 against the conductor sphere 6 side.
