To provide a rotary crushing and separating machine capable of separating contents and reducing volume even with a light and bulky container such as a PET bottle.

The rotary crushing and separating machine includes an outer barrel 1 having end plates 11, 12 at both the ends, and the bottom of a perforated screen 17, a carry-in device 2 for carrying disposal material in the outer barrel 1, a carry-out device 4 for recovering the disposal material filtered out through the screen 17, a rotary shaft 5 penetrated through the center of the outer barrel 1, and a plurality of rotary fins 8 fixed on the periphery of the rotary shaft 5. The end plate 11 has a receiving hole 14 receiving the disposal material delivered from the carry-in device 2 and introducing into the outer barrel 1. Meanwhile, one end of the rotary shaft 5 is fixed with blade holders 6 holding cutter blades 62 slidably contacting the inner wall surface 11A of the end plate 11. An opening end of the receiving hole 14 open into the outer barrel 1 is made as a fixed cutter blade 14A shearing the disposal material introduced into the outer barrel 1 from the receiving hole 14 in cooperation with the cutter blades 62.
