Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter capable of stably and separately collecting an unnecessary part from original fabric, by including a case of discretely cutting and dividing the unnecessary part from a die-cut part.SOLUTION: A rotary cutter 1 comprises a cut roll 10 having a blade 11 for cutting and dividing original fabric 50 into a product 51 and a scrap 52, an anvil roll 20 opposed to the cut roll 10 and respectively arranging a suction hole 21 in a position corresponding to the scrap 52, a vacuum pump 30 for adsorbing the cut and divided scrap 52 to the anvil roll 20 by putting the suction hole 21 under negative pressure and a scraper 40 arranged on the downstream side of a facing position P of the anvil roll 20 and separating the scrap 52 from the anvil roll 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
