Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting apparatus able to form a soft material to be compressed such as noodle belt into a shape having a triangle cross section.
SOLUTION: In a rotary cutting apparatus 1 for rolling-in and cutting noodle belt or the like, the first rotary roll 2 and the second rotary roll 3 are supported in such a manner that they can rotate with a specific space so that a plurality of triangle spaces are formed between two rotary rolls 2, 3 on a cross section passing the axes of the two rotary rolls 2, 3. By constructing the cutting apparatus in this manner, when the noodle belt is cut by the rotary cutting apparatus 1, cross sections are compressed into triangle spaces by the two rolls 2, 3, and as a result, noodle having triangle cross section is formed.
