To provide a rotary cutting tool which deals with any workpieces by replacing an adjustment bolt according to needs of adjustment amount in cutting edge height adjustment.

A rotary cutting tool 1 fixing a cartridge 31 for attaching a chip in a recess part 7 for attaching a plurality of cartridges is provided with: a first adjusting screw hole 18 on a bottom surface 11 of the recess part 7 between a back end side wall surface 16 and a back end surface 37 of the cartridge 31; and a second adjusting screw hole 38 on a back end surface 37 of the cartridge which is a tilted surface. When adjustment amount is large, a first adjusting bolt 61 threadedly fitted in the first adjusting screw hole 18 and is screwed forward to advance the cartridge 31 via the tilted surface. When adjustment amount is small, a second adjusting bolt threadedly fitted in the second adjusting screw hole 38 and is screwed backward to advance the cartridge 31 for adjusting height of each cutting edge.
