A rotary device 100 includes: a sleeve 106 which encloses a shaft 26 in an annular manner; a housing 102 which supports the shaft 26 and forms an annular support recessed part 166, which a lower end of the sleeve 106 enters with the shaft 26; and a ring part 104 which is provided at the upper side of the sleeve 106, encloses the shaft 26 in the annular manner, and is fixed to the shaft 26. A first gap 126 between the sleeve 106 and the shaft 26 includes a first radial dynamic pressure generation part 156 and a second radial dynamic pressure generation part 158. An annular sleeve recessed part 154 is formed on an upper surface 106b of the sleeve 106. The ring part 104 includes a ring entry part 104b which enters the sleeve recessed part 154. A ninth gap 140, in which the ring entry part 104b faces the sleeve recessed part 154 in a radial direction, includes a second gas-liquid interface 120 of a lubricant 92.
