Abstract:
To provide a rotary device that can be smoothly operated by a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: A rotary device 1 has a chain 32 that has left and right straight portions 32a and front and rear curve portions 32b, a motor that drives the chain 32, a plurality of weight boxes 40 moved by the chain 32, weights 42 respectively provided to the weight boxes 40 in a projectable and retractable state, and a guide 14 disposed outside the rear curve portion 32b and outside the left and right straight portions 32a, and capable of contacting with each weight 42. The guide 14 has a skewing portion 14b that shifts the moving weight 42 from a projecting state to a retracting state outside the left straight portion 32a, and a semi-cylindrical portion 14a that maintains the moving weight 42 in the retracting state at a part other than the skewing portion 14b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
