Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the die-changing cost of a rotary die-cutting device and save a die-storage space in application for various types of products.
SOLUTION: A rule protruded roller has a roller shaft 31 and a roller formed in a split structure with a roller center 34 arranged between a pair of roller portions 32, 33 in a demountable and slidable manner. The first roller width corresponding to a high carton is specified by fixing both roller portions across the roller center 34 and the second roller width corresponding to a low carton is specified by fixing both roller portions 32, 33 with the roller center removed. Similarly, die-change for the rule protruded roller can be performed only by mounting/demounting the roller center 34.
