Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner rotor type differential transformer in which input and output lead wire lines are not provided on a side of a cylindrical case.SOLUTION: The rotary differential transformer includes: a stator core (12A) provided on an inner wall (1c) of a cylindrical case (1) and having a plurality of inwardly protruding core portions (60, 61); a rotary shaft (12) disposed inside the stator core (12A) and rotatable via a pair of bearings (62, 63) provided in the cylindrical case (1); a rotor core (13) provided on the rotary shaft (12); and excitation and detection coils provided in the rotor core (13) and provided in a plurality of rotor tooth portions (50 to 53) protruding in the radial direction. An exciting lead wire line (73) and an output lead wire line (74) connected to the excitation and detection coils (10A to 10D) are derived to the outside the cylindrical case (1) through the circumferential surface or the inside of the rotary shaft (12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
