To provide a rotary dispersing machine which facilitates the washing of the inside of a rotary container, adjusts a highly viscous dispersed liquid in a short time, simultaneously adjusts the dispersed liquid under various dispersing conditions and prevents the mixing of a media or a mill member into the dispersed liquid and makes color characteristics of the dispersed liquid remain unchanged.
In the rotary dispersing machine using the media, a rotary container 3 having a dispersing chamber for dispersing the media, which is provided with a projecting plate 11 extending in the longitudinal direction and projecting in the inward direction on the inner wall, and a rotationally driving parts 4, 5, 6, which rotates the rotary container 3, are provided. The inner wall of the dispersing chamber is made of a high polymer material or an inorganic material and incorporates an electrically conductive material at 1 to 30% content to the inner wall material.
