To provide a compact, resource-saving, low-cost and durable rotary driving device capable of coping with a change of rotating speed of a driven rotor of a plurality of usage modes or multiple usage modes without reducing the number of revolution of a rotary driving motor as a rotary driving source or with less reduction of speed to restrict increase of uneven rotation and to improve efficiency of rotary drive and capable of preventing the generation of uneven gloss to perform fixation and image formation of high quality, and to provide a fixing device and an image forming device provided with the same.
This rotary driving device is formed of a rotary driving force transmitting means 12 for receiving the rotary driving force of the rotary driving source 1, of which rotating direction can be changed, to transmit it, an intermediate rotary shaft 3 for receiving the rotary driving force of the rotary driving force transmitting means 2 to transmit it, a first rotary driving force transmitting means 4 for transmitting the rotary driving force in the normal rotating direction of the intermediate rotary shaft 3, and a second rotary driving force transmitting means 5 for transmitting the rotary driving force in a reverse rotating direction of the intermediate rotary shaft 3, while changing rotating direction thereof, and having a reduction gear ratio different from that of the first rotary driving force transmitting means 4.
