To provide a rotary drum type game machine with a technology capable of preventing a fraud of making a token sensor misjudge by the use of a fraudulent gear with a built-in liquid crystal.
A polarized light filter is placed on at least one side of a light emitting side or a light receiving side of the transparent token sensor for sensing a game token introduced. Even when a sheet with the built-in liquid crystal is inserted in, this structure allows light emitted from the light emitting part not to reach to the light receiving part. As a result, even when turning on/off power to the liquid crystal, the light receiving part cannot change a light receiving state to a light not-receiving state, thereby allowing the fraud making the token sensor misjudge to be prevented.
