Abstract:

To provide a rotary eccentric member such as a cam member by ink jet method accurately at low cost.

The cam member 1 comprises a shaft part 2 having a rotating axis and a resin part 3 formed on the outer periphery of the shaft part 2 and in which the radius of curvature of its border line is disposed at the position different from the rotating axis. Both ends of the shaft part 2 are supported by a support part 14 at positions eccentric from the rotating axis. While the shaft part 2 is eccentrically rotated, a photo-curable resin such as an ultraviolet-curing resin as an ink 15 in an atomized state is sprayed onto the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part 2 from the nozzle 12 of a nozzle head 11 to form a film. A hardened part 13 is exposed to an ultraviolet lamp to harden it so as to form the resin part 3. By varying the rotating peripheral velocity of the shaft part 2 or increasing or decreasing the atomized amount of the ink 15, a specified cam surface can be formed.
