Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly control an inverter even in the case of lost power of an inverter control circuit, while suppressing an increase of a device scale.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine control device includes: an inverter 1, disposed between a high-voltage DC power supply 2H and a rotary electric machine 90, for performing power conversion between DC and AC; an inverter control circuit 30, operated by power supplied from a low-voltage DC power supply 2L, for switching controlling the inverter 1; a backup power supply 3 configured of a high-voltage DC power supply 2H as a power source, and capable of supplying power to the inverter control circuit 30; and a power supply changeover switch 7 for changing a power supply path in a manner to supply power from the back-up power supply 3 to the inverter control circuit 30, in a low-voltage power supply deterioration state in which power to be supplied from the backup power supply 3 to the inverter control circuit 30 becomes a prescribed reference value or lower.
