Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the improved slot opening closing wedge of a winding-type dynamoelectric machine, by a method wherein the stator core of the dynamoelectric machine which has a cylindrical rotor accommodating hole and a plurality of slots for the accommodation of electric coil parts is provided. CONSTITUTION: Iron power 47, polyester resin 49 and chemical thickener 51 are stored in vessels 53, 55 and 57, respectively. One end of the pay-out roll of glass woven fabric 87 is drawn out so as to be united with a polyethylene film which is drawn out of a film strip roll 69. The glass woven fabric and the polyethylene film after paste coating are united with the similar glass fabric and polyethylene film which are drawn out of the pay-out rolls 87 and 69, and are made to pass between the rows of pinch rollers 80 and 90 to promote the uniform development of the paste and, further, to make the paste forcibly penetrate into the glass fabric sufficiently.
