Abstract:
To provide a rotary electric machine improved in motor output and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 1 has a rotor 401 having a laminated iron core 103 formed by laminating multiple core pieces 501 in the axial direction Y and having multiple through-holes 11 penetrating through in the axial direction Y and formed with intervals in the circumferential direction Z, and conductor bars 102 arranged in each of the through-holes 11 of the laminated iron core 103. Linear parts 202 of the conductor bars 102 are set to the through-holes 11, respectively, the conductor bars 102 have joint parts 201 jointing one ends of the linear parts 202 adjacent to the circumferential direction Z with each other at both ends in the axial direction Y. The joint parts 201 are formed projecting in chevron shapes in the direction of an intermediate part of the circumferential direction Z separating from the laminated iron core 103 in the axial direction Y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
