Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in a junction strength of a conductor segment in a rotary electric machine stator and further to reduce the physique of a coil end.SOLUTION: A stator 10 comprises: a stator core 14 including a plurality of slots 12 and 13; and a stator coil including a one-side conductor segment 28 of which the leg part is inserted from the side of one axial end E1 of the stator core 14 to the first and second slots 12 and 13, another-side conductor segment 29 of which the leg part is inserted from the side of another axial end E2 of the stator core 14 to the first slot 12, and another-side conductor segment 30 of which the leg is inserted from the side of the other axial end of the stator core 14 to the second slot 13, and formed by joining the opposite leg parts within the slots 12 and 13 and successively joining the plurality of the one-side conductor segment 28 and the other-side conductor segments 29 and 30.
