Abstract:
To provide a rotary electric machine that suppresses vibration, which is caused when driven, in a wide frequency range.
In the rotary electric machine, a motor case 2 includes a case body part 2a and a core fixing part 2b arranged between the case body part 2a and a stator core 5. The case body part 2a is constituted of a high damping alloy which suitably attenuates vibration in the wide range from a low frequency to a high frequency and is superior in damping properties. The core fixing part 2b is constituted of a damping steel plate in a structure where a thin film of damping rubber (damping resin is also available) and a steel plate are laminated.
