Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which inhibits deformation of a housing.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine includes: a housing 12 formed into a cylindrical shape by die casting and having a refrigerant passage 20 which opens on one end surface; a front plate 13 which closes an opening part of the refrigerant passage 20 in the housing 12; a rotor 17 rotatably supported in the housing 12; and a stator 16 fixed in the housing 12. An inner diameter side wall surface 20a of the refrigerant passage 20 in the housing 12 and an outer diameter side wall surface 20b are connected by pins 40 formed separately from the housing 12 to be reinforced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
