Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which can restrict an increase in the number of assembling processes of the rotary electric machine while ensuring insulation between a winding and a core and restricting an increase in the number of components.SOLUTION: This rotary electric machine 100 comprises a winding 11, a rotor core 10, and an insulation member 8 which is arranged between the winding 11 and the rotor core 10 over a plurality of slots 13. And the insulation member 8 comprises an end surface coating part 81 coating an end face 12a at one side in the axial direction of a tooth part 12, a side face coating part 82 which is integrally formed with the end surface coating part 81 and coats a side face 12b of the tooth part 12, and a tip part 83 which is integrally formed with the side face coating part 82 and projects to the other side in the axial direction more than an end face 12c at the other side in the axial direction of the tooth part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
