Title:
ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5674055
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement of the axial center of a bearing with respect to center line of a leg portion in a rotary electric machine by forming vent holes symmetrical with respect to the center line of the leg and the axial center of the bearing at an end bracket formed by drawing a rectangular steel plate, thereby clamping the legs under the same elastic deforming conditions. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular steel plate is drawn in a -shape in cross section, thereby forming an end bracket 7. The ends of four legs 10 are bent perpendicularly in this case to thereby form clamps 12 thereat and vent holes 14 are formed symmetrically with respect to the central lines A, B of the facing legs 10 and the center of the bearing 15. Two end brackets 7 thus formed are employed to interpose a stator iron core therebetween, and clamping members are inserted into the clamps 12 and are clamped, thereby forming a stator. Since elastic deformations occur equally at the respective legs 10 due to clamping in this manner, the axial center of the bearing is not displaced with respect to the center line of the legs, and the decrease in the performance of the machine can be prevented.
