Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the quantity of the hair refuse blown out through an outer blade at the initial stage after an electric razor is started.
CONSTITUTION: An inner blade 16 is reversely rotated at a high speed once before an electric razor is normally driven, a negative-pressure region 56 is provided on the hair refuse sump 58 side, all the hair refuse 54 is collected in the hair refuse sump 58, and the position of the hair refuse 54 is aligned and stabilized immediately before the inner blade 16 is rotated in the forward direction.
