Title:
ROTARY ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008038703
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To materialize reduction of noise and vibration, and miniaturization of a rotary engine.

A plurality of rotors 2a - 2d are stored in a common space enclosed by a rotor housing 1 and side housings 4a, 4b. Eccentric parts 3a - 3d rotatably supporting the rotors 2a - 2d interlock with an output shaft 3 while keeping eccentricity to the output shaft 3 and keeping a condition where inertia force in eccentric rotation of the rotor is balanced by the whole rotors 2a - 2d stored in the common housing. Consequently, dynamic unbalance caused by eccentric motion of the rotors 2a - 2d is suppressed and rotor intervals are shortened by just that much of omitting the side housings between the rotors 2a - 2d.
