Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive rotary ring having a simple structure by forming the tongue pieces extending from the mutually opposite directions of the periphery of a through-hole to be superposed one upon another to sheet members and respectively collecting the tongue pieces extending in the same direction to arrange the tongue piece group on the upstream side in the rotary direction of the respective sheet members on the rear surface side of the other tongue piece group.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet is punched so as to form a through-hole 13 and a cut part 14. The punched sheet is folded back along a fold to be folded double and the peripheral edges thereof are sealed to form a sheet member 11. A plurality of the formed sheet members 11 are superposed one upon another and, in such a state that the through-holes 13 are allowed to coincide with each other, the left tongue pieces 15a of surface sheet members 11 are pushed in to be positioned behind all of right tongue pieces 15b along with the left tongue pieces 15a of the other sheet members 11. Thereafter, the shaft parts 16 of bearing members 12 are fitted in the through-holes 13 of the superposed sheet members 11 on both sides thereof to complete a rotary file.
