PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wear of a piston main body and a cylinder-side mirror plate part.SOLUTION: A cylinder (71) comprises inside and outside cylinder parts (71a, 71b). A cylinder-side mirror plate part (62) is arranged at the cylinder (71). A piston (72) comprises a piston main body (72b). An outside fluid chamber (S21) is formed between the piston main body (72b) and the outside cylinder part (71b), and an inside fluid chamber (S22) is formed between the piston main body (72b) and the inside cylinder part (71a). A crank shaft (23) comprises a main shaft part (24) and an eccentric part (25). A width of a tip face of the piston main body (72b) is wider than a double of an eccentricity amount of the eccentric part (25). A recessed groove (72d) is formed at the tip face of the piston main body (72b). A distance between an internal peripheral edge of the piston main body (72b) and an internal peripheral edge of the recessed groove (72d), and a distance between an external peripheral edge of the piston main body (72b) and an external peripheral edge of the recessed groove (72d) are wider than a double of the eccentricity amount.
