Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by reducing a sliding loss by reducing fluid pressure in the shaft direction.
SOLUTION: This rotary fluid machine has a first rotary mechanism 2F and a second rotary mechanism 2S having a cylinder 21 having a cylinder chamber 50 and an annular piston 22 eccentrically stored in the cylinder chamber 50 to the cylinder 21 and partitioning the cylinder chamber 50 into an outside compression chamber 51 and an inside compression space 52, and rotating the piston 22 and the cylinder 21 to the piston 22. The first rotary mechanism 2F and the second rotary mechanism 2S are adjacently arranged by sandwiching a partition plate 2c. The cylinder 21 of the first rotary mechanism 2F and the cylinder 21 of the second rotary mechanism 2S are respectively formed on one side and the other one side of the partition plate 2c. The first rotary mechanism 2F and the second rotary mechanism 2S are provided with a compliance mechanism 60 for reducing shaft directional clearance of a driving shaft 33 generated between the cylinders 21.
