CONSTITUTION: A movable floor 4 on which the rider grounds is formed on the bottom of a rotor 2 rotating until the load of the rider is held on an inner peripheral surface by a centrifugal force so as to perform horizontal movement by separating the bottom of the rotor 2, and a screen 5 on which a video is displayed by a video device 6 is arranged under the rotor 2, and the video device 6 is rotated so as to tune the video displayed on the screen 5 with the rotation of the rotor 2. Unexperienced thrill and excitement are supplied to the rider by a visual effect to observe the screen 5 by separating the movable floor 4 in addition to a floating feeling without a grounding feeling.
