PURPOSE: To reduce chrominance noises on a screen as much as possible at the time of special reproduction with a titled device, by making whole chrominance signal levels in reproducing signals lower than those at the time of ordinary reproduction and, at the same time, relatively amplifying only the burst signal part of the chrominance signals.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of ordinary reproduction, a burst gate pulse falls the earth when a high-level signal impressed upon a terminal 6 and a transistor (TR) 9 is conducted and, only at the time of special reproduction, a burst amplifier 4 relatively amplifies a burst signal. At the time of special reproduction, the output of the burst amplifier 4 is reduced in accordance with the split ratio of resistances 7 and 12 and outputted to an output terminal 8, because a high-level signal is impressed upon a terminal 10 and a TR11 is conducted.
