This rotary introducing machine 1 comprises a housing 2 having a through hole 6 passed in the axial direction and a rotating shaft 4 rotatably inserted in the through hole 6. Two O-rings 16a and 16b are interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 4 and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 6, and two O-ring holding grooves 18a and 18b are formed in the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 6. The shapes of the O-ring holding grooves 18a and 18b are formed such that the center axes CLR of the O-rings 16a and 16b retain a tilted state relative to the center axis CLS of the rotating shaft 4. Its tiled angle θ1 is set within the range of 1°≤θ1≤30°.
