Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce frequency of stopping a rotary kiln caused by removing work of coating by suppressing generation of the coating on the inner peripheral surface of a kiln body.SOLUTION: A rotary kiln 1 comprises: a kiln body 2; a heating burner 4; temperature measuring means 11-15 measuring respective temperatures of multiple measuring points P1-P5 at the multiple measuring points P1-P5 set along the longitudinal direction of the kiln body 2; and control means adjusting the flame length of the heating burner 4 and controlling to vary the temperature distribution in the kiln body 2, when difference between the temperature at a predetermined measuring point among the multiple measuring points P1-P5 and a predetermined reference temperature is within a predetermined temperature range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
