PURPOSE: To promote stability of a power system by providing a frequency converter of a winding type induction machine operating in parallel with a synchronous machine, a revolution speed variation detection means of the synchronous machine, a correction means of a portion of detecting variations and a power control signal generation means of the induction machine.
CONSTITUTION: A revolution speed variation signal ω1 of a synchronous machine 1 detected by a revolution speed variation detector 11 is inputted into a stabilizing device 10, multiplying a negative gain K1 to make P1=K1ω1 as a stabilized signal of P1. The (K1<0) signal P1 is added to an adder 7 together with an objective power signal P1, and an effective power equivalent to a signal of (P1+P1) is controlled by a frequency controlling converter 5 so that a winding type induction machine 2 outputs the effective power. According to the constitution, when the synchronous machine 1 is operated in parallel with the induction machine 2, the stability of a power system can be promoted.
