As a lubrication oil is supplied to a rotary shaft type pump 4 by eliminating the generation of an eddy in the lubrication oil of a storage 5 by the rotation of the rotary shaft type pump 4 by providing a surrounding cylinder 11 around the rotary shaft type pump 4 and a nozzle 6 on its lower part and utilizing the static pressure generated by the high/low difference between the oil level of the lubrication oil in the storage 5 and the nozzle 6, the bore of the rotary shaft type pump 4 is not enlarged in comparison with the case without the surrounding cylinder 11 and nozzle 6 and the lubrication oil with a sufficient amount can be supplied stably.
