To provide a crusher for pulverizing a carbon raw material being the residue after a petrochemical product such as scrap tire and waste vinyl plastic is dried by distillation in answer to the recent proposal for crushing the residue and reusing the crushed residue as a resource though there is a technique for treating the petrochemical product again and reusing the treated material as fuel but there are no decisive method and technique for treating the residue again or reusing the treated residue.

The carbon raw material being the residue is crushed by making a press roller rotary-driven by the rotation of a mortar. A mechanism is arranged for guiding the raw material which is affected by the centrifugal force of the rotating mortar and is apt to scatter toward the periphery to the central part of the mortar again. The crushing efficiency is improved by biasing the shaft center of the press roller against the rotational center of the mortar without facing the shaft center to the rotational center.
