Abstract:
PURPOSE: To set a sleeve that is a rotor to a shaft at its specific position without using other component parts.
CONSTITUTION: Rotary mold parts by outsert molding comprises a shaft 10 having a shaft portion 1 with an outer diameter in size (a) and a guide shaft portion 3 provided at a part of this shaft portion 1, whose outer diameter is a size (b) smaller than the size (a), and mold parts whose inner diameter is the size (a) at the time of a high temperature just after outsert molding and is a size between the sizes (a), (b) after cooling and which is positioned from the shaft portion 1 to the guide shaft portion 3 immediately after outsert molding.
