Male and female angular shaft constituting rods split into two are integrally coupled to form a coupling recess in forming the angular shaft. A slender plate-like piece for preventing a handle backlash is buried in the coupling recess so that the other end section is brought into contact with the inner wall of the coupling hole of the inside operation member by the fulcrum action of a fulcrum section when it is pressed by a fixing means screwed to the female screw through hole of the inside operation member.
