Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag opening guide mechanism of a rotary packaging machine in which packaging products are manufactured without the contact between the inside of a bag mouth and a filling device.SOLUTION: A rotary packaging machine 10 includes a first bag opening guide device 16 reciprocating between an opening section (C) and a filling section (D) by a reciprocation mechanism 19, and maintaining an opening of the bag mouth of a packaging bag 12 by a pair of bag guides 17. The rotary packaging machine also includes a second bag opening guide device 22 for maintaining the opening by a pair of spatula plates 22P with respect to the bag mouth maintaining the opening with the first bag opening guide device 16, while a packaged article is filled in the packaging bag 12 by the filling device of the filling section (D) in the filling section (D). While the first bag opening guide device 16 moves between the opening section (C) and the filling section (D), the bag guide 17 of the first bag opening guide device 16 retreats to the end of the packaging bag 12, and thereby is prevented from interfering with the spatula plate 22P of the second bag opening guide device 22.
